Late this afternoon when coming home I looked at Marston Reservoir from Bow Mar
Dr.[the east side]. On the ice were many, many, Ring-billed Gulls, many Herring
Gulls, California Gulls, and 1, adult LESSER Black-backed Gull, a first cycle
THAYER'S Gull and an adult Thayer's. The ice is melting very fast on both sides
of the lake. Since I am not an expert on Gulls, I could not ID all of them.
