The Kansas Ornithological Society (KOS) has a fairly narrow window of
time in which you can order their new t-shirt design featuring original
artwork by Dan Kilby. This art was commissioned for the spring meeting
about a month from now. Attending the meeting or membership in KOS is
not required to order the shirts. Dan's art has graced many ABA
publications including at least one cover for Birding magazine. Some of
his larger works are absolutely stunning. I count the original
Sharp-shinned Hawk piece he did as one of my most valued possessions. I
already beat the drums for this once and will cease and desist now.
