COBirders, Duane Nelson just called and he had a ZONE-TAILED HAWK near Hasty Campground (below John Martin dam).
>From the bridge at Hasty over the Arkansas walking east, the bird was in >Russian Olives about 200 yards east of the bridge. It flew off to the north >east which is private. It was gaining altitude as it flew away. If you go to look be cautious to not trespass as there is no signage.
