Hi All, The 2013 CFO Convention in Cortez is rapidly approaching. The bad news is that our block of rooms at the Baymont Inn is completely sold out and the hotel is fully booked. However there are still rooms available in Cortez. It may take some looking to find them and don't trust the internet as a phone call may find a room that doesn't show on internet booking. Most of the major motels chains like Best Western, Days Inn, Econo Lodge, Holiday Inn Express and several local motels are in Cortez.
The good news is that our advance team found at least five Lucy's Warblers in Yellowjacket Canyon this past weekend. Migration is underway in Southwest Colorado. We hope to see you in Cortez!
