At 7pm this evening, Van Truan was in the Mineral Palace Park, in Pueblo, Pueblo County, west of I-25 and Santa Fe Ave. Exit, and saw a Summer Tanager and a female Townsend's Warbler. What is going on with this species this spring? Townsend's Warblers are typically hard to find in Colorado in the spring. Wonder if there is a Hermit Warbler somewhere in the state right now too.
