Hi All, Today at approximately 3:30 PM, we saw a Brown Thrasher in the hedgerow behind the Lyons High School track. Here is a link to the location: http://goo.gl/maps/rXRVA
If you go to look for it, please park in the Bohn Park lot (as apposed to the high school lot). Please make sure that you don't wander onto school grounds (east of the hedgerow) during school hours (7a-3p), as I'm sure you don't want to have a discussion with Officer Fell. :) All areas west of the hedgerow is public (town and county), and you shouldn't have trouble finding it from the one side (if it is still there, of course). We will check for it again tomorrow afternoon, and will post if we find it. Good birding!
