CoBirders,
For the past two days, I have heard an empidonax flycatcher, but only today did
I end up getting a look at the bird.  Upon getting a look, this bird seems to
be a persistent tail-dipping Gray Flycatcher.  Uniformly gray, little to no
contrast on the body, longish beak, and the aforementioned tail-dipping.  It is
near my office building just northwest of the intersection of Valmont and
Foothills Parkway.  It has been working along the railroad tracks today.  If
you need more specific directions, let me know.
