Hello, Birders. Earlier today, Friday, May 10th, Chuck Hundertmark and I saw, and Chuck photographed, a Cassin's Vireo along Boulder Creek, Boulder County, upstream a ways from the 75th Street Bridge (Eastern Phoebe and American Dippers still present). What can I say?--finally, in this, my 12th spring in Colorado, I join the ranks of those who have seen a spring Cassin's in Colorado.
Otherwise, things were slowish, with Myrtle and Audubon's warblers galore, but not much else on the migrant front.
