Thinking that things couldn't be any slower than Barr Lake(mentioned in 
earlier post by Loch Kilpatrick ), I headed to Crow Valley Campground.  The 
only birds of interest were a Common Poorwill,  Golden-crowned Kinglet, Orchard 
Orioles, one Hermit Thrush, a few Swainson's Thrush and a Dusky Flycatcher.  
All the birds reported yesterday were long gone!!   The poor representation of 
warblers included a couple of Yellows, a few Yellow-rumps, and one 
Orange-crowned.  No Vireos..  No Tanagers...No Grosbeaks!  I can't remember 
this place being so slow in mid-May.
 My next stop was a more normal looking Norma's Grove.  This small oasis held a 
Northern Waterthrush and a beautiful Veery.  Photos of the Northern Waterthrush
