I'm not sure how rare this is but I've been watching and waiting for one to appear for the last six years in Denver's City Park. The juvenile has the white eye marks, body shape and coloration of a Canada Goose but has stocky yellow legs (already thicker than adult Canada Goose), bi-colored bill (top black, bottom yellow), and the bill shape of a Graylag Goose. This is a weird looking bird it'll be interesting to see what it grows up to look like. Has anyone else encountered a hybrid of these two species before?
