Just got an update from Brian Harmon. The ibis has NOT been seen today. At least 3 birders are in the area looking for it, one arrived as early as 6 am, I understand. Brian lives very close by and has checked out all of the spots nearby where it could likely be. No luck, though. He will keep us posted. Brian Harmon originally saw the ibis a mile or so north of the golf course on the north river road. He just saw it again but it was about 2 miles from the original location.
