This morning I encountered a small flock of migrant birds in that portion of
Bear Creek Park that lies just north of Ft Lyons National Cemetery.

Included in the flock was a Philadelphia Vireo and a Townsends Warbler.

>From Sheridan Blvd. take W. Kenyon Ave. east to a small parking area on the
>north side of the road.
Park and walk northwest on Bear Creek Trail on the west side of a small pond.
Before passing the pond take a social (dirt) footpath west for about 200 yards.
All the birds of interest were in dense shrubbery along this footpath.
