David Chartier and I birded the Pueblo County side of Chico Basin Ranch (fee
area), this morning.  Highlights were two FIELD SPARROWS, one at the
Headquarters and one photographed at Rose Pond.  We also, saw a Townsend's
Warbler and Red-naped Sapsucker at Headquarters.  On the El Paso County side, a
Calliope Hummingbird, as well as Broad-tailed Hummingbirds were coming into the
feeders at the banding station.  In the trees around the banding station, there
were a couple of Townsend's Solitaires, Western Wood-Pewee, Hammond's
Flycatcher, Cassin's Kingbird, among other birds.
