Towards last light on Jan 8 a female LONG-TAILED DUCK was in the large open
water hole at Cooley Lake in South Platte Park.

On Jan 5 a STELLER'S JAY was in some pines in a residential area near West
Coal Mine Avenue x Kipling, Littleton area. Probably not too newsworthy,
but it was the first I've seen in the area since moving here last month. It
was only there one day.
