Hi COBirders,

Taking advantage of temporary non-gale force winds, we walked in Garden of the
Gods Park this morning. Birds were sparse, but we did find a small flock of
Juniper Titmouse(s?) in the Spring Canyon area, on the shaded rocky slopes
above the creek bed.

These are not particularly rare, but while they are supposed to there, they
aren't always detected.

Also seen were several Townsend's Solitaire and White-breasted Nuthatch, and a
Prairie Falcon guarding the Gateway Rocks.

Good birding,
Steve Brown
