I went to the Harvard Street Impoundment to see what the low water levels
were going to be good for. Turned out it was pretty birdy, but not very
diverse.

18 American Avocets
6 Greater Yellowlegs
5 Lesser Yellowlegs
1 Wilson's Snipe
3 Killdeer
2 Blue-winged Teal
8 Green-winged Teal

Off the water were the normal birds, plus 4 Barn Swallows and 2 Tree
Swallows flying over (FOY).

Over on Lake McIntosh, there was limited action. Best birds were two adult
Bald Eagles and a flyover Osprey on the south shore. Aechmophorous grebes
were present, but unidentifiable with binoculars only.
