I have had a greater white fronted goose on my pond for the last four days. I keep thinking he's going to fly up north but he hasn't as yet.
Also, I've had a pair of hooded mergansers for couple weeks on my pond and they have now been joined by common mergansers, ring necked ducks, wigeons, great blue herons and kingfishers. I live on some ponds off Platte Canyon Drive just south of Bowles. If anyone wants to see the white fronted goose, they can email me and will try to set up a time to see him.
