Just an FYI that I also had a female Pine Warbler near the junipers just before 
I saw the Painted Redstart.  I got decent looks, but was not able to get photos 
of her before she dipped back into the Junipers and then I got distracted by 
the Redstart.  However, anyone looking for or at the Redstart should also keep 
your eyes out for that little gem.  I will post photos of the Redstart shortly 
(just got home).

I did not access the main 'wildlife' riparian area at all... though could see 
lots of birds moving around in there.  There could well be some other good 
birds in there.  Water in the ditch all around that area remains 8-18" deep.
