A Caspian Tern has been(Friday evening and Saturday AM) at the old  gravel 
pit at the NW corner of Colorado Hwy 119 and Weld County Road 9 east of  
Longmont.  It can usually be seen by parking on the north side of Co. 119.  
Parking along Weld Co road 7 is prohibited and sometimes enforced by State Park 
 personel.  There are 3-4 Forster's terns and a very pretty Red-breasted  
Merganser there also.  Union Reservoir, 3 miles west and 1 mile north  of 
there has had 2 Common Terns and 5 or more Black Terns.  Bill and Inez  Prather
