I have to concur with Mark... I didn't notice it in the field, but his pics
clearly show streaking.  This is my first CO "Hooded Warbler", but I'm very
familiar with them from back east, and I can't say I ever recall seeing any
breast streaking.  Every Google image also shows a completely clear breast
and sides.

that's how I found it in the first place.
