Steve Larson and I found this bird on the east side of the main pond flying low 
near 4 White-faced Ibis.  We lost the bird for a while but found it a short 
time later on the NW corner.  Sadly, it flew, circled, gained altitude and 
headed NW.  Not to say it won't return, but it didn't during our 45 min 
remaining stay.
