This morning + yesterday, a singing Wood Thrush was present on South Parkway
between Meadow Creek & Garden State Aves, Colorado City, SW Pueblo County. This
area is about 2 miles west of I-25, exit 74, & just south of CSH#165. From 165
turn south on S. Parkway crossing Greenhorn Creek, park at swimming pool, &
walk a short distance south to both hear & see the Thrush. It has shown in
this area 3 of the past 4 years, late May/early June.
