Hi all,

Happy Colorado Day and the first day of the fall birding season (since it is
now August 1st).

Chris Knight and I walked Valco Ponds/Rock Canyon, below Pueblo Reservoir dam
this morning.

Highlights were few:
One singing Least Flycatcher, two Black Phoebes, three Eastern Phoebes were
probably the best things.

At Cattail Crossing in Pueblo West, we saw Calliope and Black-chinned
Hummingbirds.

I ended up with 70 species of birds this morning around Pueblo.
