As you come south on WCR 43 from Evans there is oil field operations on 
east with a flooded area that is attracting some birds:

   - Lesser Yellowlegs
   - Greater Yellowlegs
   - Black-necked Stilt
   - American Avocet
   - Killdeer
   - Canada Goose

Latham Reservoir and Marsh:

   - Black Tern
   - Forster's Tern - 2
   - Lesser Yellowlegs
   - Greater Yellowlegs
   - Black-necked Stilt - about two dozen
   - Snowy Egret - 15+
   - Wilson's Phalarope - 8
   - Red-necked Phalarope - 2

WCR 42 Ponds

   - White-faced Ibis - 7
   - American Avocet
   - Greater Yellowlegs
   - 1,000+ Franklin's Gull--"no kidding and probably underestimated"
