Hello, Birders. I hope to see some of you this afternoon in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, for the event announced by Jeff Gordon. But I hope *not* to see you on I-25 in Denver, which is expected to be an awful drive. Even Saturday mid-day, when the highway is temporarily reopened, lane closures and long delays are anticipated. Looks like your best bet, if you're coming from somewhere near Denver, is to bypass I-25 by way of C-470; that route works both east and west of the city.
See you later today!
