Did a quick run around the lake around noon. Snow coming down, but as
with other reports, many many geese on the move in and around the lake
and off through the snow to the west they could be seen streaming south...

American Wigeon 5
Green-winged Teal 2
Greater/Lesser Scaup 10 (too far out)
Bufflehead 7
Common Goldeneye 18 (4 on the lake, 14 flew over briefly)
Hooded Merganser 5
Common Merganser 9
Red-breasted Merganser 2
Red-tailed Hawk 1 (my first for the lake)
American Coot 18
Killdeer 1
California Gull 5 (why doesn't eBird like California Gull at Sloan's???)
Northern Flicker 1
Red-breasted Nuthatch 2
+ a few more...
