On 1/15, Gwen Moore and I birded for a short time,  South Platte Reservoir, 
which is in Littleton, CO.. A first cycle THAYER'S was present on the ice, 
along with a third cycle, Lesser Black-backed Gull. Many Herring and 
Ring-billed Gulls were on the ice also. Did not see the Glaucous Gull. A small 
raft of 14, Greater Scaup were in the water, along with around 20 Common 
Goldeneye.
