Even though we will be mainly visiting feeder spots, dress warmly and bring water and snacks. (Also, if you think about it, bring along a bag of bird seed --- black oil sunflower is best --- to drop by the doors of those folks in the mountains who feed and who don’t mind uninvited visitors dropping by to ogle their feeders!)
