Hi All, While driving to work around 11:15AM this morning, I noticed a large flock of at least 60 Sandhill Cranes flying across Highway 52 in formation just west of the intersection of Highway 287. The cranes began circling and descending as if they were going to land in the field to the ENE of the intersection. Since I was driving I didn't notice if they landed or not. Good birding!
