CO birders :

       After dipping on the Piratic Flycatcher in Kansas this morning , Jeannie 
Mitchell and I returned via SE CO this afternoon with the following highlights :

   Melody Temple : Palm Warbler , male American Redstart , Northern Waterthrush 
( 2 ) , Ovenbird ( 2 ) , Northern Parula , Lazuli Bunting , Wilson's Warbler , 
Swainson's Thrush ( 6 ) , probable Gray-cheeked Thrush ( subject to 
photographic review ) , Black-headed Grosbeak .

 Lake Hasty CG : female Cape May Warbler ( photographed ) , female 
Rose-breasted Grosbeak .

Van's Grove : Nothing except one Clay-colored Sparrow .

Lake Cheraw : Grey Plover opps Black-bellied Plover , Semi-palmated Plover , 
Red-necked Phalarope ( 2 ) , Dowitcher sp looked promising for Short-billed but 
too far to be certain , Snowy Plover ( 16 ) , Marbled Godwit ( 2 ) and usual 
Avocets ,Stilts , and good selection of waterfowl including Pintail .
