Good day all! Derek Hill and i had 51 species at Crow Valley this morning. Not much doin' with regards to Warblers or other passerines. More water than I've ever seen here.
Best birds: 1-Yellow-throated Vireo-along creek at the eastern edge of the park 1-Red-headed Woodpecker-on telephone pole near parking lot bordering CR77 1-Sora-calling in the marshy area on the Mourning Dove Trail. 3-Great Horned Owl fuzz balls near the outhouse on the west side. 1-Gray Flycatcher 1-Willow Flycatcher Orchard Orioles back en mass Only 2 Yellow rumps, 1 Common Yellowthroat, 1 Orange Crowned and maybe a dozen Yellow Warblers.
