I got this information in an email from the Colorado Birding Society today:
I just called the Forest Service for Pawnee National Grasslands. Crow Valley Campground is closed to all activity. The Local Sheriff has issued several tickets to people going on the property. Conditions are expected to not change at least through the middle of next week. Good birding, elsewhere.
