Hi all,
I thought you'd be interested to know that the Ellicott Wildlife
Rehabilitation Center has reported that they collected California Condor N1
found in Black Forest today.  Their FB page has a photo of the bird:

 If this is indeed Condor N1, it was born in Boise, ID in 2014 at a
Peregrine Fund captive breeding program and released last September.  I
don't have any personal knowledge about this - I don't know if it is
suffering from injury or lead poisoning or what -  but thought it
interesting enough to share.
