Arctic Tern is a state review species, so hopefully observers will please
soon submit the record for review to the CBRC: coloradobirdrecords.org

Regarding eBird, a standard eBird practice for CBRC state review species is
to wait until a record is submitted for CBRC review before confirming eBird
reports.
