Posted at the request of Bob Rozinski. Some of the White Pelicans at Cherry Creek Reservoir have wing tags. Bob recorded hte number of one and found the tagger, who said he had applied the wing tag at Gunnison Island, Utah. The birds from there winter on the Gulf Coast. Bob saw this bird this morning.
Bob has seen several other tagged pelicans and particularly would like to know if someone manages to read the tags.
