A pair of Dunlin were discovered (by Irene Fortune) on Sunday along the north
sandspit shoreline of Lake Loveland (park at the swim beach in North Lake Park,
off Taft Rd). They remain in the same location this morning. Photo can be
viewed on eBird. The link to the eBird checklist from this morning is here:
http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S26086572 .

Hopefully these rare shorebirds stick around for the Christmas Bird Count in
Loveland, January 1. Interested folks can register online for the Loveland CBC
through the National Audubon Society website.
