This afternoon, Steve Miller and I checked out South Platte Reservoir.  We had 
great views of 2 Trumpeter Swans, 3 Long-tailed Ducks( I'm guessing these are 
the guys from Chatfield), and good numbers of other waterfowl.  We were unable 
to locate the previously reported White-winged Scoter.  With most lakes in the 
area frozen from the recent cold snap, this is an area that should be checked 
in the next few days.  Photos of the Trumpeter Swans can be seen below:
