Surprised to see a group of 40-50 Cedar Waxwings in a tree by my
local branch library today. They were not feeding, but just
socializing. On the handful of occasions when I have seen Waxwings,
they seem thus, just chatting. Their bright "airbrushed' colors
are exotically brilliant in this snow covered landscape. Ross
University Hills library, sort of in the middle of the parking lot
   on the south side.
