While cycling on the S Platte River greenway with the kiddo in the trailer this 
afternoon (started at 470 and Chatfield and went north), I picked out a male 
Cinnamon Teal near Hudson Gardens (about 230pm).  Pretty good numbers of 
waterfowl scattered along the river. I didn't have binocs and don't stop to 
bird while hoping the kiddo naps, but I try to look around as I can. Also heard 
a bushtit singing and incidentally I had one in my yard in Littleton today for 
the first time. Not a bird I see very often. And for those interested, the 
kiddo did nap on the ride today (Phew!).
