Silly that I should start that subject line with YAY!, since this is the
typical spring rallying cry as our favs start coming through, right?

During all that wet, sloppy snow-rain yesterday, two Yellow-headed
Blackbirds joined about 30 Common Grackles and as many Red-winged
Blackbirds pigging out at my feeders in west Longmont. All was well and
good until the female Cooper's Hawk decided to pay a visit and cleared the
yard for several hours!
