With such magnificent north winds, the bird is probably back at the Gulf of Mexico by now. The Snowy Plovers and Black-necked Stilts were a nice consolation prize though, my first of the year for this state anyway. As a consolation prize, I had good looks at a Killdeer. Oh well, que Cheraw Cheraw. Well at least its suppose to be a nice weekend. Actually, I did manage to see 11 shorebird species today.
