There was a lot of passerine activity in Phillips County today, although the
heavy overcast made it difficult to identify some of the birds.
The highlight was a male Prairie Warbler in Holyoke. One Northern Waterthrush
and three Blackpoll Warblers were typical for this
time of year. A Yellow-breasted Chat was an uncommon bird for the county.
