Steve, I was one of the people that was concerned when a CS Utilities' flyer showed that ground had already been dug at Clear Spring Ranch for a solar array, without public input. Thankfully it turned out to be on the west side of the highway.
Unfortunately, after speaking with a few staff members at CSU, and two City Council members (who act as the Utilities board,) the question of whether CSU is required to have public input on their projects remains unanswered. Now we have to hope that we can keep Pinello Ranch intact. Thanks for your input, Steve, and enjoy those warblers!
