Hey, everybody. Just a quick report here on storm birding in Boulder County, Oct. 6:
Boulder Reservoir had a flyover *Sprague pipit.* I think it put down by the rowboats on the south shore, but I couldn't re-find it once (or if) it was down. Also at least two *Sabine gulls.* Prince Lake No. 2 had 9 *sandhill cranes,* 5 *least sandpipers,* and a fantastic hailstorm. Cottonwood Marsh, Waneka Lake, and the Jasper Road mudflats (Boulder Creek at 109th) had tardy *snowy egrets.* Prince Lake no. 2 had a flock of 10 *mountain bluebirds.* Ted Floyd Lafayette, Boulder County -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
