Birders,

There is a female Long-tailed Duck on Lake Hasty below John Martin Dam this afternoon. This bird shouldn't be that hard to find, except that it spends most of it's time underwater, so it might take a little time. It was in the south part of the lake south of the pole that doesn't attract nesting Ospreys.

Also present on Lake Hasty are double-digit American White Pelicans and a nice assortment of ducks. At least five Greater Yellowlegs are hanging around the stilling basin below the dam with Killdeer.
