Birders, In fairly warm temps, some wind, I went to Big Johnson this afternoon, but on arrival the flock of gulls flew to the SW corner of the low water, out of sight. At Prospect Lake, though, I found 4 Snow Geese among the hundreds of Canadas, 4 Hooded Mergansers, a dozen Am Wigeons, a dozen Buffleheads, 4 Common Goldeneyes, 4 Common Mergansers, coots, Mallards, and a couple of Great Blue Herons. Yesterday, running along Monument Creek, 1 mile N of the Uintah Street bridge, were two Killdeer. Kent NelsonOuray
