Hey COBirders, I banded an adult Northern Waterthrush (#2 for the season) this morning at Clear Spring Ranch. I didn’t expect much for migrants today following the torrents last night, but there was a modest arrival about 8:00, with the usual suspects for this part of May (20 total). Also of note, I banded a Second-year Green-tailed Towhee, and saw a very large flock of Violet-green Swallows go by - maybe more than 100.
