The easiest way to get to this area would be to get on Rampart Range Rd and head south, as if you were heading to Roxborough State Park. There will be a parking lot on the West (left) side of the road in which you can get to with no access issues. If you see the Intermediate school on the East (right) side of the road, you have gone too far. Coords: 39.472435, -105.073662 The warbler was seen in the vicinity of these coords: 39.470713, -105.076160 This is a small east-west sidewalk, slightly north of the pond which is directly west of the skate park. It flew north of this area shortly after letting me admire it.
