Saw a female Cordilleran Flycatcher building a nest on a very narrow shelf of a boulder. The nest was about waist high. The nest was nearly complete, no eggs. This was in Genesee Mountain Park Saturday 06/24. Thought it peculiar to be nesting so late in June and secondly on the boulder. Thoughts?
