I have a friend visiting from New York state in late-August. He's birded
the Denver metro & surrounding areas (Adams & Jefferson counties,
especially) during past visits. But this time, he wants to check out more
of the state. We've decided to spend a day and a half or so at Rocky
Mountain National Park &, then, a day at Crow Valley Campground. I've never
birded at either location & find both, given their expansiveness, a bit
daunting. If anyone has an advice on where to focus our time & energy at
either place, I'd appreciate it (on list or by email).

Thanks!
